Concentrated yellow peaches and nectarine fruits. The mid palate maintains a fullness of flavour with a creamy texture and notes of vanilla, spiced apple, seaspray and cumquat, which finishes with a lingering and dry finish. It's a food friendly style that is well suited to seafood, creamy Chicken dishes and light cheeses.
