This multi-vintage Blanc de Blancs displays colours of light straw with green hues. On the nose is exhibits citrus, white peach and green apple with hints of sea spray and toasted bread characters. On the palate the wine has a rich and creamy texture with delicate but persistence crisp acid backbone that drives the wine to what seems to be an everlasting finish
