Delas Saint-Esprit Cotes-du-Rhone 2023

This Delas Cote-du-Rhone is a medium bodied blend, that is predominantly made up of Syrah and Grenache and it displays fruit characters of wild forest berries. It has a gamey and savoury influence through the mid palate, with dried herbs and dark chocolate which then finishes with mildly spiced tannins. It’s a wine that loves hearty and rustic flavours and it’s perfect match with hard cheeses like a Spanish Ibericos or grilled meats.
