Juicy cherry fruits with a floral lift of violets provide a generous mouthfeel on entry. Rounded vanilin oak influence compliments a silky and textural mid palate, with hintsvof orange peel and dried thyme which leads to a spicy, lingering finish that exhibits fine tannin structure. This should continue to be in an ideal drinking window for another 3-5 years and is a great match for the current season spring lambs.
