This Dr Edge Pinot Noir has structure and body with expressive fruit flavours of Ripe red cherries and black berries. The mid palate is approachable with a smooth textured mouthfeel which exhibits savoury and wild undergrowth characters of earthy mushrooms, orange peel, violet flowers, arabica coffee bean and spicy oak influences. Finely grained tannins provide power and structure to the overall wine, which makes this a cellaring proposition for a decade and beyond.
