Frenchmans Cap Pinot Noir 2025
A bright and generous Tasmanian Pinot Noir with plenty of immediate appeal. Ripe cherry, strawberry and plum lead the way, joined by subtle spice, dried herbs and a touch of forest floor. The palate is medium-bodied and supple, with fine tannins, gentle smoky oak and a fresh, savoury finish that keeps everything nicely balanced.
An easy-drinking style of Pinot Noir that delivers plenty of Tasmanian character without being overly serious — equally at home with a midweek meal or around the table with friends.
Winemaking
French oak maturation adds subtle spice and smoky complexity while allowing the bright red-fruit character to remain at the forefront.
