Ghost Rock Zoe Brut Rose 2025

A lively Tasmanian sparkling rosé from Ghost Rock on Tasmania’s north-west coast, Zoe combines bright fruit with the freshness and fine texture that make cool-climate sparkling so appealing.

Fresh strawberry, raspberry and red apple lead into citrus and subtle floral notes, with a gentle creamy, brioche-like complexity developing through the mid-palate. The mousse is fine and energetic, giving the wine plenty of lift while allowing the ripe red-fruit character to remain at the centre.

The finish is crisp, dry and refreshing, with lingering berry fruit, citrus peel and a subtle mineral edge. An easy-drinking but nicely composed sparkling rosé that works equally well as an aperitif or at the table.

Food Match: Fresh oysters, prawns, smoked salmon, sushi or light canapés. Also a very good match with soft cheeses or charcuterie.
