This Giant Steps Yarra Valley Pinot Noir has a refined fruit component of wild red berry fruits and subtle red cherries. It's quite delicate but with good concentration, with an influence of rose petals, finely dried herbs of fennel and thyme, a little spice and orange peel add complexity with finely grained tannins and freshness make for a well structured finish.
