Henskens Rankin Sparkling Brut Rose 2015

There is flavour on entry with mix of wild strawberry and and blood orange. It has plenty of complexity with a creamy and savoury mouthfeel, salinity, minerals and a herbal note. It has a lingering finish with a tight acid line, alongside a phenolic zing which makes this wine a very versatile sparkling when it comes to food matching, where the weight of this wine would go very well with roast duck
