Highclare Sparkling Rose 2024

Made entirely from estate-grown Pinot Noir in Tasmania’s Tamar Valley, Highclare Estate Sparkling Rosé 2024 is a fresh and elegant expression of cool-climate Tasmanian sparkling.

Strawberry, raspberry and crisp red apple lead into a lively mid-palate with delicate floral notes and a soft creamy texture. Fine bubbles give the wine plenty of energy, while the Pinot Noir provides enough fruit weight and generosity to keep the palate beautifully balanced.

The finish is fresh, dry and persistent, with lingering red berries and bright cool-climate acidity. An approachable yet finely composed Tasmanian sparkling rosé that works equally well as an aperitif or alongside food.

Food Match: Smoked salmon, fresh prawns, sushi or charcuterie. Also a lovely match with roast salmon, duck or soft cheeses.
