Hughes & Hughes Rose 2025

A Tasmanian blend of Chardonnay (50%), Syrah (21%), Tempranillo (21%), and Baco Noir (8%). Whole bunch pressed, barrel fermented with natural yeast, and matured on lees. Aromas of red currants, raspberries, and strawberries, with a leafy edge. The palate is generous with red fruit flavors, balanced by fine tannins. Pairs well with pork, vegetarian dishes, and poultry.
