Invercarron Pinot Noir 2025

This single vineyard Pinot Noir has a concentrated fruit component of red cherries and blue berries. It has a textural and silky mid palate with mellow spiced oak, violet flowers and a hint of granite which then reveals a finely grained tannin structure. It's a flavoursome and balanced wine that is well suited to savoury Lamb Cutlets or a vintage Cheddar.
