Lost Farm Pinot Noir 2023

A silky textured fruit component of red cherries and blue berries coat the tongue on entry with a floral influence of violet flowers providing additional lift. Dried herbs with a hint of undergrowth make for a savoury influence with a touch of orange peel and also some spiced oak which leads to a finish that reveals fine tannins. Its an ideal accompaniment to a rack of lamb with accompanying roasted root vegetables.
