Weight is maintained through the mid palate with a complex combination of toasted oak, kumquats, jasmine flowers, almonds and minerals. Theres plenty of body and texture with the finish displaying a lingering spicy, citrus note with some phenolics that should see this wine continue to develop in the cellar over the next 5 -8 years.
