Mitchell Watervale Pinot Gris 2023

This Pinot Gris displays finesse, freshness and zest through upfront fruits of green apples and white peaches. It has an aromatic influence of jasmine flowers , musk and minerality, which then finishes with a moderate level of acidity and a touch of spice. It matches well with light seafood dishes like grilled Prawns or Scallops and also goes well with Goats Cheese.
