Mumm Tasmania Sparkling Brut Prestige NV

Created as part of Mumm’s international Terroir series, Mumm Tasmania Brut Prestige brings the sparkling-wine expertise of Champagne house G.H. Mumm together with cool-climate Tasmanian fruit. The Pinot Noir-dominant blend combines 51% Pinot Noir, 44% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier, sourced predominantly from northern Tasmania and Pipers River.

Red apple, citrus and white peach lead into subtle red berries and warm spice, followed by a more rounded mid-palate with creamy texture, gentle brioche and savoury complexity. The Pinot Noir provides fruit weight and structure, while Chardonnay brings freshness and lift.

The finish is dry, vibrant and persistent, with bright acidity, fine bubbles and lingering stone fruit and brioche. A polished, approachable Tasmanian sparkling with plenty of freshness and enough complexity to work equally well as an aperitif or with food.

Food Match: Fresh oysters, smoked salmon, prawns or charcuterie. Also excellent with roast chicken, creamy cheeses or lightly fried seafood.
