Utzinger White Label Chardonnay 2025

Utzinger White Label Chardonnay is a beautifully balanced cool-climate Tasmanian Chardonnay sourced from the West Tamar Valley. Whole-bunch pressed and wild fermented in predominantly seasoned oak, with partial malolactic fermentation and extended lees ageing, it combines freshness and texture in equal measure. Aromas of ripe peach, yellow stone fruit, vanilla and brioche lead into a vibrant palate of white peach, citrus and subtle oak spice, supported by a crisp acid line and a long, savoury finish. Elegant, refined and highly drinkable, it captures the purity and energy that have become hallmarks of the Utzinger style.
