Mojo Prosecco NV

Fresh, lively and made for easy enjoyment, Mojo Prosecco NV is a bright Australian sparkling with plenty of crisp fruit and refreshing acidity.

Crunchy green apple and fresh citrus lead the way, followed by lime, lemon and a hint of wild strawberry. There’s a subtle creamy character through the palate, adding a little softness and texture before a clean, refreshing finish.

Light, vibrant and very easy to drink, this is the sort of Prosecco that works equally well as an aperitif or whenever a casual glass of bubbles is called for.

Winemaking

Made from Glera grapes picked early to retain freshness. The fruit was gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel, followed by secondary fermentation to create its lively sparkle and fresh, approachable style.

Food Match

Perfect as an aperitif or alongside prosciutto and melon, fresh seafood, antipasto, light salads or salty snacks.

Serve well chilled.
